We are extremely pleased to be partnering with the Canadian Association of Public Health Dentistry (CAPHD) to bring you a joint conference for 2023.

There will be seminars for the entire team, a great line-up of trade show exhibitors, good food, an engaging and interesting keynote by Dr. Waji Khan, and a night to remember on Saturday with The World Famous Dueling Pianos.

REMINDERS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Registering You & Your Staff

When registering for the conference, please note that the CDSS requires an email address for each individual registrant. We no longer accept group registrations. Each individual registrant will require their own unique e-mail address to access both their Digital Pass and Confirmation Code.

CONTINUING EDUCATION/REPORTING YOUR CE

For Saskatchewan oral health professionals, including certified dental assistants, dental hygienists, dental therapists, dental technicians, dentists and denturists, continuing education credits may be accumulated in two ways:

1. One credit for each hour attending eligible courses, and
2. Credit for visiting the exhibits*
3. Credit for attending the CDSS AGM**

* Please check with your regulatory authority to find out if they will accept credit for visiting exhibits.
** For CDSS members only

Registrants should consult with their regulatory authorities for CE credit requirements prior to attending the conference. It is the responsibility of each individual to make sure they are scanned in to each session to ensure an accurate reporting for CE credits.

The CDSS does not submit CE credits on your behalf.

Digital Passes

You will receive a link with your official Digital Pass in September prior to the conference. The QR code on your Digital Pass will be required to scan in and out of seminar sessions and the trade show.

If you stay until the end of a session or attend the trade show, there is no need to scan out - you will be automatically logged out.

Confirmation Code

Once registered, you can find your Confirmation Code on the confirmation page as well as in your confirmation e-mail. Be sure to keep your Confirmation Code handy.

You can use this code to go back into the registration system to update and change seminar sessions - room permitting (if a room is full, the website will not allow you to register for that session), update your personal details, print a receipt, view more information about the conference and view your transcript once the conference is over.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES

The College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Oral Health Conference does not provide international attendees a letter of invitation to obtain a visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellations and refunds for conference registrations must be submitted in writing by email to the attention of Meagan Fraser at conference@saskdentists.com no later than July 20, 2023. Refund requests received after July 20, 2023 will not be granted.

Unusual requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of the CDSS. No refunds will be issued onsite at the conference.
